Terms and conditions
The terms governing the use of our placement services for applicants and employers.
Last updated: 25 July 2026
1. Scope
The TalentZukunft brand is operated by Falconidae, owner Nabil Ayadi, Alter Heideweg 23, 44339 Dortmund.
These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by TalentZukunft ("we" or "TalentZukunft") to applicants and employers ("users").
Any conflicting terms of the user shall only apply if we expressly agree to them in writing.
2. Subject of the services
TalentZukunft places international trainees and skilled workers with companies in Germany and supports the entire process — from application and the visa procedure to arrival and integration.
The specific scope of services results from the respective agreement and the descriptions on this website.
3. Formation of the contract
The presentation of our services on the website does not constitute a binding offer. A contract is only concluded once we expressly accept a request or begin providing the service.
4. User obligations to cooperate
The user shall provide all information and documents required for placement completely and truthfully and keep them up to date.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data, certificates and proof of qualifications submitted.
5. Fees
Placement is free of charge for applicants. For employers, any fee is governed by the individual agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed, the user incurs no costs from using this website.
6. No placement guarantee
We provide our services with the utmost care but do not owe any particular outcome. There is no entitlement to the conclusion of a training or employment relationship or to the granting of a visa.
Decisions by employers and authorities are beyond our control.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damage arising from injury to life, body or health.
In the case of simple negligence, we are liable only for the breach of a material contractual obligation and limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
8. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
9. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. We provide the details separately in a withdrawal notice before the contract is concluded.
10. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
